Our Policies

Cancellation Policy 

We understand that life can be busy and often unplanned situations arise. That's life! In saying that, we do ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This will allow us to offer the time-slot to another client on our waiting list. Accordingly, cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of no more than the cost of your appointment. 

Payment Policy 

Payment can be made with a debit card (Visa or Mastercard) at the time of the appointment. Alternatively, we can email you the invoice requiring payment via bank transfer within 2 weeks of the appointment date. If you are a participant in the NDIS or are receiving a Home Care Package we can work directly with the provider to receive payments, as appropriate. 

Communication Policy

We may use your details to reach out for appointment reminders, email or letter updates, newsletters or informative pieces. You will have the option to unsubscribe to our communications. Feel free to contact us at any point to be taken off the contact list.
